Is getting ahead running your own store.

Cons

Have a job that you don't like cause of your manger. Nobody cares. In some store cases.

Advice to Management

Talk to your employees, see what goes on in your store behind close doors ,when your not around. Bet you find a lot of things out.

    Advice to Management

    Hire managers who are actually interested in their employees. Pay in store employees more than minimum wage. Give people more than 4 hour shifts 5 days a week.

    Reasonable pay for a fast food company, flexible working hours, not so intense working environment.

    Cons

    No career development whatsoever
    Feels like trading time for money
    Shift will be cut if they can find someone who can be paid less.
