Cons
No plan. Negative Culture. Manage through FEAR. Poor communication from top to bottom(Intended). Operations has no respsect for anyone(including valuable drivers). Only goal is for ownership to build and sell as quickly as possible(5 years or less). No credit given when credit is due, instead take credit themselves. No appreciation. Will kick you to the curb as quickly as they can absorb everything you have to offer. Management/Leadership is only out for the end game and will burn everyone that helped get them there along the way. Bad news is if you aren't on the board of directors, you aren't gonna be taken care of. Most of them don't realize that.
