Pros

They do not deserve to have a good employee working for them.

Cons

There is no work-life balance; you will be required to work even on Sundays and late at night. If they don't have a job, they'll assign you to handle nonsense and expect you to finish it by Sunday. The top management of the Research Department is extremely rude and harsh. He/she would ask you to enter an organisation on a penny's salary and convince you that they will give you a good raise and then throw you out during a difficult period. There is no hr available to listen to your problem. They will almost always make you cry during your jobs and will try to trap you in a political situation. If you plan to go for a walk after lunch, you must invite everyone on your team to join you; otherwise, they will be upset. They expect you to lick their feet every time.

Pros

The manager I recall was incredibly supportive, always encouraging growth and providing valuable learning opportunities. Their guidance made a significant impact on my development.

Cons

While there are several drawbacks, the most significant issue is job insecurity, coupled with a lack of transparency in employment practices. Additionally, the delays in PF submissions and sluggish responses from management contribute to a frustrating work environment.
