Pros

-Full Time
-Health Insurance
-Awesome coworkers (I wouldn't have lasted this long without them)
-Nice physical environment (I won't lie, the store is beautiful)
-On Sundays they give us all the out of date stale bread

Cons

-Management is hypercritical and focuses on the bad while very rarely seeing any of the good
-No tips
-Unfair raises
-My coworkers with "alternative" lifestyles feel they are treated differently
-Lack of compassion when employees are injured or sick
-Sexist upper management (very boys club)
-Several of my coworkers have been reduced to tears on multiple occasions

Advice to Management

I'm leaving for a part-time at Starbucks, forty hours a week and insurance just isn't enough. I was treated better at the Dairy Queen I worked at in high school.

    Pros

    - has good health/dental coverage.
    - good co-workers
    - some management good about letting people take time off for family life outside work.

    Cons

    - a lack of respect from management.
    - treated like children.
    - stringent policies on tardiness, absences, with a lack of compassion for reasons why.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. Respect your employees. Tell them when they are doing a good job, not just when they are doing a bad job.

I worked at Market of Choice full-time

    Pros

An ability to move around the company and do a variety of jobs

    Cons

Despite the wide range of activities, they are all fairly basic and can get monotonous quickly.

    Advice to Management

Rethink the occurrence system. It's heavily favored toward afternoon/night workers.
