    Pros

Option to work remotely and only go into the office occasionally for important meetings. Flexible scheduling allows for good work/home life balance. Excellent benefits package if you are full time. Management is courteous and respectful of employees and is good with praise and feedback on projects. A constructive atmosphere as opposed to one that is trying to break you down; management wants you to be successful.

    Cons

Benefits not available to part-time employees (some competitors offer part-time employees a benefits package). It is difficult to get a pay increase once you have begun to work - starts out pretty fair but you don't get a raise very often.

    Advice to Management

I don't have enough experience with senior management to be able to give feedback. As far as I have seen I have been satisfied with the way management conducts important company-wide affairs.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    Close to home
There are some very good people on the teams

    Cons

Courtesy interviews: if you already have your friend in mind for the job don't give me 5 interviews for the position.
Have to wait 1 year on your current team in order to apply for any other open jobs and that means every time you move to another position or team there is a year waiting period. Not like you will get a promotion or anything most jobs posted they have already decided who's getting it before interviews are done.

Management ( Mid-level) mostly very young no experience, poor management skills/people skills, play favorites

    Advice to Management

No advice they don't know whats going on below mid-level anyway.
Hired some J-A as a VP after he went to 4 stores on Flex and assumed he knew what he was talking about...... Didn't check on the teams that were successful just assumed it was all broken.

Perfect example of Upper Management........ close your eyes and don't ask the people actually doing the job how to fix the problems.
