I have been working at Marks Paneth full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

People are treated as adults, no micromanaging, free busy season dinners

    Cons

Does not have a good onboarding process. Not a cohesive environment, for instance you cannot go to anyone for help, each team is completely separate, also people are hired only for busy season and they are not upfront about it. Also beware of starting off on the wrong foot with a certain Bipolar manager in the New York Office , she has some kind of hold over the partners and you can get fired if she does not like you...
