    Micromanagement
    Commission scale has decreased over the last 2 years
    Poor management
    Lack of advancement opps
    Poor morale and negative micromanaging
    Borderline unethicle with corporate decisions
    Too much paperwork that takes away from sales
    Too many reports
    Understaffed, overworked, underpaid
    High turnover
    Unrealistic goals
    Billing and customer service is ongoing issue
    No account protection

    Advice to Management

    Look at the big picture and stop being so short sighted. Collecting fees should not supersede vendor and Customer relationships. Listen to your work force as almost everyone is unhappy but manangement does not seem to care. Increase the commission plan or you will start losing some of your strongest sales people

    Pros

    The people (non management) make the place tolerable. It's sort of a lax work environment. There are less than a handful of people actually making money.

    Cons

    Prepare to be micro managed. You will see more useless reports and meetings that will consume your time than you can imagine. Corporate and the branch have a total disconnect in communication. It is severly hurting the office. Management lacks the ability to listen to the employees or defend the branch to corporate. Goals are unrealistic and are not obtainable on a consistant basis.

    Advice to Management

    Open your eyes and ears to what employees are saying. The place could be far much better than what it is. But this is nothing new, every employee that has left has made suggestions that have fallen on deaf ears..
