I have been working at Marriott International part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Excellent discount, plenty of perks (free food, credit at local restaurants for recommending guests) and relatively casual management.

    Cons

Still a pretty corporate environment. You end up doing lots of "training" which basically consists of clicking through a bunch of useless information online, then doing a quiz that a trained monkey could do. There is also very little room to move if you do not want to go into sales or middle management.

    Advice to Management

Distribute the responsibilities a bit more!
