I worked at Marriott International full-time

Pros

Great place for advancement. Very equal opportunity employer. Lots of wonderful, really nice employees.

Cons

I use to be very proud to say I work for this hotel. In the last 5 years the quality of upper management has gone so far down hill that I'm surprised that they still are in business. If it wasn't for the hourly employees, I'm not sure this place would still be in business.

Advice to Management

Grow up and get more involved in the job you are there to do..
