Great, can't really complain at all.

Not many, I guess finding talent for other hotel management positions.

    Pros

    I work with great people from all over the world and employee benefits are great, too.

    Cons

    Most departments in the hotel requires you to be on your feet for at least 8 hours a day. Its definitely not your ordinary 9-5 jobs.
