Amazing company filled with amazing people all over the country. Amazing benefits and experiences for once a year conference. Pay range can be low if not negotiated. The actual job is merchandising with a touch of sales (though they aim for more).
Leadership that remains are those who were apart of the restructure. Not all people leaders are experienced in leading people. Mars people leader framework is keen on micromanaging while also lacking experience to actually lead people. There could be way more intellectual capacity leveraged from their workforce but the company is so far behind on current practices for developing their people.
