I worked at Marsh full-time

Pros

Encourages furthuring your education as long as it relates to job.

Cons

Work life balance was not always there. If your manager didn't have a family to go home to at night, they couldn't understand having to leave to pick up sick children or pick up kids by a certain time at day care.

I worked at Marsh full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    -some great managers
    -potential to move up
    -decent entry-level salaries
-excellent education opportunities (RIBO, CAIB etc. and lunch and learn courses)

    Cons

    -extremely inflexible schedule
    -difficult to suggest changes/improvements
-lets go long-time, committed and outstanding employees simply based on salary (the department needs extra money, so they let someone go without warning)
    -many disgruntled long-time employees

    Advice to Management

Don't sell out your assets (great long-time employees) for the new kid on the block just to save a few bucks.
