    I don't really think I need to say more. If you're over the age of 40 and get in the door expecting to be rewarded for hard work, forget about it. They may let you clean the kitchen as an added job task...Management doesn't understand employment laws and they dote on their favorites (who are generally young): exclaiming excitement when hiring new people: "she's young and ..." oops was that a Freudian slip? Career...
