    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Management allows for pretty flexiable work schedule and choice of days and hours to work. Also being paid for holidays off and holiday pay.

    Cons

The pay is not very high and they give you a lot of work to do without much additional support.

    Advice to Management

They should offer more compliments or any kind of feedback to theirs associates. Much better communication between associates and management.

    Pros

Works only 3 days a week (Friday - Sunday), which can be a downside for some people. It's a big company (TJX), something to put on resume

    Cons

Promotion is not merit based. It is who you know not what you know that get you a promotion. I know some people who stay on the same position and never move up despite being better employees than others.
Management often have high expectations but provide inadequate resources to accomplish those expectations. It's hard to motivate associates when they do not get rewards for going extra miles.

    Advice to Management

Provide adequate resources so your employees can meet the expectations
