I have been working at Marshalls part-time (More than a year)

Pros

If you can't find any job and you have no goals then work here.

Cons

Managers are lazy. Little to no incentives to do anything. No concern for student schedules.

Advice to Management

Take some pride in your job, I understand you're trying to make a living but seeing you go through the motions doesn't set a good example.

    Pros

They do work with conflicting schedules. The managers are great and have a open door policy and will help resolve any concerns you may have.

    Cons

The pay is not really what you would think it would be considering how big the TJX company really is. It could pay its coordinators more for the work that they really do for the company.

I worked at Marshalls part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

My co-workers were the nicest people ever.

    Cons

low pay, no hours and they expect too much for people on minimum wage

    Advice to Management

stop trying to shove your company card in everyone's face. you don't even give compensation if a employee sells a card and no, a 20 dollar gift card is not good compensation.
