    I worked at Marston's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good group of people who stuck together. % off drinks when off.

    Cons

working for 12-13+ hours with very little break time, sometimes just one bit of food that we had to pay for and in some cases weren't allowed to sit down to eat (hiding in a corner eating your dinner when your starving is not nice) also just because were working through the night doesnt mean we dont need to eat, working regs are based on how long your working for not what time your working at! if im hungry at 1 in the morning because i started at 5 and haven't stopped running round since then its hardly surprising!. Rarely being allowed to go for a cigarette (every 4 hours). Regularly taking around £2500 in a night and getting paid £60 or so. getting in at 6 in the morning because they decide to go over everything and make you clean it all again (usually for no good reason). A few among many but the list goes on and on.
