      I have been working at Mashable for less than a year

      Pros

      Great people - everyone is smart, creative, kind and hard working.

      Cons

      Pre-sales lacks structure, the BrandX and Sales is not as cohesive as it could be.

      Advice to Management

      They should consolidate the video teams into one division. Management should have actual video production experience.

      Friendly people, a lot of place for growth, very collaborative teams. Management values employees individually. Great opportunities to make impact. Very supportive in visa processes.

      Not a lot of culture/employee events.
