I have been working at Massachusetts General Hospital full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Professional people and resources (i.e., state-of-art instrumentation), good benefit (i.e., medical insurance and pension), and many opportunities to learn in research and clinic

Cons

Commute is hard due to traffic, and working space in the research side are too limited

I worked at Massachusetts General Hospital full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I've worked for about 15 years and love what I do, as well as the hospital, I would appreciate if I can get a change to back there and work again.

    Cons

It will be a dram comes true, to go back there and work. I appreciate the procedure that the hospital have in place.

    Advice to Management

I enjoy working there, and any opportunity I can get to work there, will be much appreciated. I just can't wait to get started again.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Great access to multiple departments, experience working with all aspects of hospital - clinical units, labs, pharma companies, NIH ect...

    Cons

Difficult to grow long term in this role. It's meant for a short term experience not a long term career path.

    Advice to Management

Consider making a career path for clinical research management, would be less turnover. Hire more staff, and devote more time to training and check ins regarding workload
