Decent people to work with. Good benefits. Great mission. More slow paced non profit which is rare.

Some truly terrible people were in leadership roles which made the office very toxic and felt like you were walking on eggshells all the time based on their mood swings. More silo based in roles, not much for team players. Very low pay. Not great when the organization hires people who bullied you in the past, then they continue to behave that way once they're hired and they were never reprimanded.
