Working for Massage Envy is average. Overall business culture and environment is dependable on each clinic and reflects the personalities of the business owners which can be positive or negative Not a bad place to be to start off your career.

Cons

Compensation is slightly below par and is strictly based on sales and performance. Business culture can be hard depending on the individual owner and how they treat/manage employees. Advancement may be difficult as well depending on how the owners want to expand

Advice to Management

For owners pay attention to the current employees and their feedback rather than just focusing on newer employees and keeping them satisfied. More organized with goal setting, determine clinic weaknesses but don't forget to acknowledge accomplishments

    The only complaint I have is that there is really no place for me to go from here. As a franchise, once you're a manager, you have hit the top of the ladder with no room to grow.
