I have been working at Massage Envy full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

I'm always busy. The pay and benefits are great. I have 105 PTO hours, money in my 401K, health insurance plus a bonus plan. Love the people I work with and for.

Cons

There are none that I can think of. We have a very well run clinic. My one complaint would be ugly uniforms.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing.........Thank you

I worked at Massage Envy full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good for ONE quick cheap massage, every 6 months. This is the only way to beat the system and get a $49 massage each time without signing up.

    Cons

Employees are CONSTANTLY talking about customers and other employees behind each others back even though "No drama" has become their motto.

Dont let them talk you into signing up if youre not planing on going in almost twice every week. You'll end up paying more in missed appointments and b/s points. I feel sorry for people who try to cancel because its almost impossible.

    Advice to Management

When training your employees ACTUALLY train them. The location in Buford has problems with their franchisee putting too much work on management and management puts that on the new employees causing them to do everyone elses job but their own. And when it comes to learning what you need the trainer is NEVER there and when they are they have their heads up their but. Young girls are very disposable as sales associates here. You get hired on and then fired at the end of the month.
