I worked at Massage Envy part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Free massage each month which helped with the stress of selling memberships to customers, Somewhat flexible schedule,

    Cons

Hours, Compensation, Standing at work all day, dealing with customers on a sales basis. The job could also be very competitive in terms of sales. Not always a positive working environment

    Advice to Management

Pay your people more money! They work hard at the front desk and they deserve to be compensated properly. Also, pay your massage therapists decent wages! Massage therapy is hard work.
