Pros
- Worked with one of the best team, good teammates and manager to work hard together despite the market conditions.
Cons
- Chinese company and culture. Enforced 5-day a week work from office as well as mandatory clocking in & out of office. - Communication are mostly in Mandarin and required for reach and impact to expediate urgent cases. - No proper structure with Management calling the shots leading last minute changes which leads to urgency to expediate for business needs.
