Fantastic food and uplifting events

Corporate hierarchy can shoot down ideas rather quickly
Hard to break out of the normal/accepted design realm

    Pros

    Great benefits
    Great work/life balance
    Onsite Day Care, Dry Cleaning, Gym and Credit Union
    Can't beat their half-day Fridays!

    Cons

    Old business, old thinking. Lots of alignment is necessary to get things done.

    Advice to Management

    Get a leader for the digital group who has digital experience.

    Strong brands
    Half day Fridays
    Very good benefits

    Cons

    Extremely high stress level
    Spend 95% of time preparing/ perfecting power point presentations when they are usually quite good already.
    Don't empower their people.
    Great team structure, but dysfunctional in execution.

    Advice to Management

    Empower your people. You have a strong team and hired them for a reason. Let them do their job. Provide clear direction on your goals and allow the team to work toward them.
