You will need to have a powerful camera on your phone, as there are hundreds of pictures a week to archive, but the great part is they give you a cell phone allowance and paid my phone bill every month! Company car, very well optioned and maintained religiously at the dealership. It was a really nice car, sunroof, leather, rear drum brakes, the works! You will do some remote work from home in the internet but they pay that too! So generous. The Healthcare is great too. The deductible is the lowest I have ever seen, anywhere! The owners take the most time and care with their associates, there will never be a time when you do not have team support, and the pathways of communication are the best I have ever had the pleasure of traveling. The salary was decent, about 60k before bonuses, which were generous and ALWAYS paid on time. I never got shorted on a check with Mattress Direct, which includes a per diem , by the way. It's not excessive, but it was a nice perk. Minimal physical activity is required because all of the stores are so very well organized which makes the job really easy. Two weeks of PTO to start, and they gave three weeks the second year, which can be cashed out at anytime! You will always be treated as an equal by the owners, never once did I get the feeling that I was "hired help". There is a strong feeling of "family" here, and as the wise man Vin Diesel once said, " you never turn your back on family"
