Policies like a 4 month exchange are very good for your guest.

The biggest con is that you are paid on a tier commision 47.5 % gross margin is top tier heres where it goes bad they change the cost to make sure you have a hard time hitting it. Beds that have a 60% gross margin are set at a 47.2 so you cant just sell the bed at full price and make your top pay.They DONT pay on anykind of profit like they say everything is geared to make you lose money. Micro managing has become extreme. If an app glitches and erases your work and you dont see it you'll be written up without warning. You are now required to obtain data from customers . Getting the emails address and phone numbers of walking guest and calling them. You are required to use a mattress matcher tool for everysale even when it doesnt apply. You will have an app tell you what to do several times a day. You will be required to constantly roleplay . Worst of all when things cant work the way corp wants they wont change it you will be told to fudge the numbers to make it work
