Stores are allowed to give feedback but goes on deaf ears if it is not what MF is wanting to hear. MF upper management does not review with DM store level survey info. Many stores are very unhappy with DM behaviors and interactions that are not employee healthy. Ego based leaders, all out for themselves.

Diversity is a joke here, just because you have people of color working here does not mean your "All Good" SVP-RVP still looking for quotas, its all about who can get to the top faster. Very internal oriented, rude, long term employees with backgrounds in Marijuana growing and Bartending and food service. Loud Ego's who validate bad Leadership Behaviors. TSI needs to come in and CLEAN HOUSE of long term SVP-VP managers who are not skilled at basic leadership practices in Regions and Markets. A lot of nepotism in all levels. No accountability for what you say and actually do. Can now see why they had multiple bankruptcy's and issues. Clean up the middle layer CEO is solid but does not observe or dig into markets. Look and see why top producing employees leave. HR is old school they are just rolling out performance management in 2024 ! with minimal accountability .No exit interviews, no feedback given if asked it is immediately validated by ego driven behaviors just really dysfunctional and TOXIC. SVP-VP Layer does not know how to give or receive feedback properly all feedback is constantly validated with " Welcome to MF" like this is just what it is. Very sad and unfortunate because they have a strong Marketing department who knows how to play in social media and beyond . Just very sad to see a business destroyed by unskilled ego driven long term clueless employees.
