Pros
The food is pretty good and the idea of the restaurant is fun. Coworkers are amazing and it felt like a small family.
Cons
Management micromanages BIGTIME. Insane amount of side work included in the job that isn't mentioned during the hiring process. Probably the toughest serving job I've ever had because work is not spread out evenly.
