Pros

Entreprenurial, lots of problems to solve, if you know SAP they would value your guidance, growth potential, IPO possible,

Cons

regions are territorial, not people friendly in the regions, some regions not cooperative or trustworthy of corporate or their initiatives, industries served are hard hit by recessionary cycles and oil price volitility causes greater risks to be taken at the same gross profit

Advice to Management

run the company for what is best for the whole not individual regions, better develop the people you have, add resources or support timely where managers need them, focus on the top line, reward honesty

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    Loyal employees
    Good coworkers
    Strong management in select areas
This was once an exciting place to work where senior management encouraged and fostered new ideas and methods of working

    Cons

Very low morale with no clear attempts by upper management to improved it led to disgruntled employees and overall unhappiness. Employee effort and achievement is rarely rewarded or acknowledged. Extreme favoritism meant some were generously rewarded despite little contribution. Attempts to address items with human resources went nowhere. They are a huge department who are out of touch with the employees and don't seem to have any interest in hearing their opinions. Frequent changes in management makes everyone nervous. SAP has been a joke.

    Advice to Management

Start listening to your employees and recognize the ones who deserve it. Everyone understands the economic crunch but rewarding people who are widely regarded as weak contributors when neglecting others just reinforces the favoritism.
