    Pros

Mission-driven, working here makes me feel like I’m contributing to something bigger than myself, good benefits, many employees work here until retirement

    Cons

It’s a huge organization so change can be slow and bureaucratic. Lots of committees and meetings depending on which department you work in. No thorough parental leave policy.

We are getting burnt out and finding out that the nurses are making 2-3x more their pay per hour while we get nothing is very frustrating. There isnt much growth potential as in climbing the latter
