      Pros

      Everyone at the company is really supportive of each other Those who have worked at the company for a while are respected and acknowledged for their commitment Diverse group of people, all great and interesting personalities

      Cons

      Low pay. Horrible Staff meals. Not given enough hours in the off season Managers seem to be overwhelmed when cafe is busy. Definitely need a manager that can keep calm in these situations.

      Great place to build up skills in the events industry with little or no experience. Lots of connections to be had with the right attitude and work ethic.
