    I worked at McCormick & Company full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Week off between Christmas and New Year’s Day with pay / do not use. Vacation days. Legacy McCormick front line and middle management still knowledgeable and in enough numbers to keep the company running.

    Cons

    New management team place higher value on their personal financial success and stock price versus the CP McCormick 2-4-1 spirit. CP is spinning in his grave right now. Churn and burnout are rampant and direction changes daily. Trust in senior management is so low they do not even conduct an employee satisfaction survey anymore. Just top down direction. Senior management is from outside and only promote people they...

    Easy..... this is McCormick. Read the Power of People by CP McCormick. Execute using his philosophy. Employees come first and will take care of the financial performance if you trust and value them.
