I have been working at McCormick & Company full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I currently work for a great manager. The company offers excellent benefits. Employees in general are excellent people. There are many challenges on a daily basis, which will keep employees learning new skills. Leadership and career progress is expected and good programs are offered for those who want to become managers or try new roles or even opportunities outside the employees preparation and/or experience.

    Cons

Very challenging to work at the manufacturing plant. Engineers wear many, many, many different hats, and work load is incredible, hence the benefits offered by the company.

    Advice to Management

Hire employees to fill open positions. TPM is not executed wisely, meaning there is not a concrete plan to do so.
