Pros

It is a good first job for a high school student who is looking to get some experience in the work field.

Cons

If you have any problems being yelled at by people you do not know, do not work here, because you will be yelled at in some point in time by a dissatisfied customer.

    Pros

    Nice co workers
    Easy work
    Challenging
    Easy to get hired

    Cons

    Bad management
    Bad communication
    Rude customers
    Inconsiderate kids
    Non rewarding
    Favoritism
    Nasty
Terrible pay for what I do

    Advice to Management

Communicate! If you don't tell us anything how will the other crew memebers improve? Stop showing favoritism, and be aware of the feelings of others. And train new people better.

    Pros

    - Flexible schedules.
    - Free food with better options than were available 10 years ago.
    - Fast-paced, which is good or bad, depending on how you look at it.

    Cons

    - Unhealthy food.
    - Disgusting work environment, particularly behind the line in the food prep. area.
    - Prone to work place injuries - burns by oil, scalding water, etc. They keep their worker's comp. in check to make sure employees don't go back and sue them.

    Advice to Management

None, really. Worked there 10 years ago and it served its purpose in getting me through college. It's obvious that the business model favors quantity and not quality, because if you compare, say, a salad from a competitor like Chick-Fila-A to that of McDonald's, the latter is lacking in taste, presentation and overall quality. Make better food.
