I have been working at McDonald's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Other crew were teens around my age
    Scheduling was flexible

    Cons

    Favoritism within the management
Those who worked hard went unnoticed

    Advice to Management

Promote those who actually work hard. Not those who are too friendly with management.

I have been working at McDonald's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Teaches usefull every day skills, i.e. multi-tasking.
Teaches you how to work quickly and accurately under pressure

    Cons

You cannot win, at McDonalds, unless your store is phenomenal as a whole. No matter how successful, you, as an individual may be, someone will always be able to make your success irrelevant, whether they hand food out wrong or simply suck at their job.

    Advice to Management

Schedule more people, always, labor goals are too low.
