Sometimes hard to grow outside of the typical demographic in terms of new products. Also very dependent on real estate as a compant.

    I worked at McDonald's full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The benefits package from medical insurance to dental insurance was exceptional. The life insurance policy coupled with stock option program. Education credit for management classes taken.

    Cons

The amount of hours worked daily and weekly exceed scheduled hours. Working six days a week instead of five days. Not being reimbursed for excessive travel distances.

    Advice to Management

Create more programs for crew members beyond just uniforms and free meals. Make sure stores have enough staff from hourly to salary personnel.
