    I worked at McDonald's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Mcdonalds is cleaner then most say. They are very strict on cleanlyness. Goodrum enterprises is though by far the worst job I've ever worked.

    Cons

Mcdonalds shows no appreciation to there employees. Employees does get raises. Raises only come with promotions but sadly the most next promotion from a crew member is a crew trainer which pays a quarter more. The employees dont get free meals either. They get fifty percent off a meal once a day only at the McDonald the employee works at. Not to mention the fifty percent off can only be used a day the employee is scheduled to work. They also have a habit of sending people home early due to slow service. And the penalty for eating on the job is termination. Yea! By ke the way I didnt get fired I quited. I couldnt take it anymore.

    Advice to Management

Give your employees some more benefits.

    I worked at McDonald's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It has great and awesome benefits!! If you stay employed with the company for a year, you are and could be eligible for tuition reimbursement.

    Cons

You will be working with 40-50 people, and dealing with all kind of attitudes. Do not take it personal, you are there for a check.

    Advice to Management

Take it easy with employees and patience is the key to everything and communication.
