Work from Home, saving on gas, and not having to deal with the morning traffic.
Cons
Simply, management is horrible. The training is a waste of time, you learn everything but the position you applied for, then you're thrown out on the floor to figure it all out yourself and If you don't get it when they think you should then you're fired!.. no warning.

Good company to work
Mar 17, 2016 - Interface AnalystPros
Company encourages continued learning and offers a lot of educational materials and sessions online. Very good benefit package
Cons
Being a large company with many product offerings, staffing cuts during slowing business times can seem extreme due to the numbers of reductions.
