    Neutral Outlook
    Approves of CEO

    I worked at McKinsey & Company full-time

    Pros

    - Huge responsibility from the first day
    - Exposure to C-level clients from the first day (unlike in more developed markets)
    - Very rapid personal development

    Cons

    - Often inhumane hours. On average you finish on ~11pm, often even ~3am
    - Sometimes not enough supervision
    - Limited influence on project choice

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the culture of staying late. Control managers who like to do that.

I worked at McKinsey & Company full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Prestige, highly intelligent colleagues, great on-the-job learning experience, opens doors to great future opportunities

    Cons

Expect to mold to strong culture/ways, lack of work/life balance even for non-partner, "2nd class citizen" attitude towards those on non-partner/experienced hire track

    Advice to Management

If expectation is for experienced hire track to grow, have strong reputation or longevity for these employees, changes should be made to compensation cap, firm attitudes towards these employees, and inflexible career paths
