I worked at McKinsey & Company full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great Partners, great colleagues, great clients and great assistants. If you want to learn something about strategy and management for your clients, you can get the best practices and the best knowledge.

    Cons

Too much stress and too much stress. I was always feeling the fear of firing and getting low performance evaluation, even though my peformance was always good and on track. If the manager of the project is good at coaching, your life will be bright. If the manager of the project is a low performer, your life will be a nightmare.

    Advice to Management

Stick to the strategy projects and do not lean to operational projects.
