Pros

Good pay and benefits. Seem for the most part to be focused on the right things. Work/life balance is very good.

There is almost not enough accountability. They are sometime slow in letting go folks that are not contributing as much as others may be.

Advice to Management

Act fast and ensure you listen to everyone.

    Pros

Above average wages. Adequate health care benefits. $401K with employer matching and pension plan. Opportunity to move up fairly quickly. Stable company.

    Cons

Permanent rotating shift work, the Southern Swing Rotation at this plant. The work is inherently dangerous, can require a lot of mandatory overtime and can be very hot (100+) in the summertime.
