The Absolute WORSE! Do not work for them if you care about your career in trucking.

    Pros

Absolutely none. Terrible company. Call you constantly about bs and can't even do us on driving.

    Cons

This company is horrible and untrustworthy. They will burn the driver and not give any care. Will report any and all issues with an OVERLY zealous safety department. The send weekly reports of every infraction that drivers make and send it out company wide.

    Pros

family atmosphere, instead of terminating employees we take their talent and skills sets to match to the best dept and/or position to retain employees, Finance VP is a great communicator and coach, fair/firm/consistent management team, structured succession planning and promotions from within, great raises for specialists and asst. managers, company paid short term, long term, and life insurance policies, and huge company contribution towards health benefits, celebrating the holidays and happy committee! Love my job and team because it makes the hard days better!

    Cons

work load or under staffing certain positions, structured training program for specific or specialized departments

    Pros

Meadow Lark is very family oriented. They allow flexibility by giving PTO at 30 days and again at 6 mo to account for life happening in the first year of employment. Everyone is very open to conversations about things if something isn't working for you. There is a lot of advancement opportunity as the company continues to grow!

    Cons

The only con I can come up with is that any feedback on performance comes in monthly/quarterly/yearly reviews and not always right as something is currently happening- good or bad.
