    I have been working at Measurement Specialties full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Short of staff. Therefore you will always be busy. This means that time will fly by.

    Cons

    Keep records of everything (emails, faxes, voice recorder, if possible). If something goes wrong they will be looking for someone to blame. It will be you if you don't have proof.

    Pros

    Lots of sites and opportunities to work with collegues around the globe
    Many technologies and industries to learn about and work on

    Cons

    Near-zero talent and human resource management
    Highly fragmented and desintegrated company
    Unfair workload for some and too easy for others
    Complex strutcure lacking simplification and nearly impossible to manage towards a common goal
    New Product Introduction out of control, not yielding tangible results

    Advice to Management

    Too many acquisitions, not enough synergies and simplification, showing lack of results over last 7 years.
    Employees are treated as objects and talent under/over utilization is #1 cause of waste and lack of sustainable results
