    I have been working at MedAssist full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

    Will hire anyone with clean background.

    Cons

    You will work in a rodent infested, dusty moldy environment. Expected to connect immediately while on call within a 2003 infrastructure. Yes many of us work on ancient 15" square monitors. Pay is lowest even in local industry. Found new hires are making more! So deflating and not the 1st time. Company owned by an Idian simply does not care. A difficult job asking sick patients for more, more and MORE $. Basically...

    Pros

    None. This company does not care about its employees

    Cons

    Management is horrible. Management is never transparent and is the cause of most of the unpleasantness in the office. No room for growth, low pay. Raises are very low

    Advice to Management

    Be transparent. Acknowledge how poorly trained and incompetent Managers are. Take note of high turnover rates and get to the root of why it’s happening
