    I worked at MedAssist full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Client was wonderful. Good vacation and time off policy, decent pay, although they slowly cut off bonus and raises, making it hard to hire competent staff. They continued lowering their hiring standards and were hiring inexperienced staff. You get what you pay for.

    Cons

    Medassist used to be a wonderful company, one that I was proud to work for but due to management and director changes, it became nothing but a micromanaged, stressful, hateful, dreadful company to work for. They lost focus of their goals and purpose. It went from a job that I loved to a job that became a hazard to my health, both physical and mental.     I have been working at MedAssist full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

    Will hire anyone with clean background.

    Cons

    You will work in a rodent infested, dusty moldy environment. Expected to connect immediately while on call within a 2003 infrastructure. Yes many of us work on ancient 15" square monitors. Pay is lowest even in local industry. Found new hires are making more! So deflating and not the 1st time. Company owned by an Idian simply does not care. A difficult job asking sick patients for more, more and MORE $. Basically...
