          Pros

          Coworkers are very nice .

          Cons

Very little breaks (30 minutes total in a day) and very low pay. Every day is severely understaffed but they tell you its not. Every second of your day is micromanaged down to the exact time you can take a lunch. If you don't meet their timed requirements during each call you will get a notification that they noticed you arent working fast enough. The calls are constant and you need to be speaking and typing for your entire shift and there is no down time between to try to drink or eat anything. You are tethered to the desk by a headset so you cant even step more than a foot from your desk. They pick your schedule and you cant change it until youve been there a long time. The turnover of this job is awful hardly anyone stays past a few months. Very little pto so if you get sick and call out, you won't have enough time to take a vacation that year. Working bedside has way more money, pto, benefits, and schedule

If employers are shopping cheap, should we just apply for roles that we're less qualified for?

I had an interview late August, sent a thank you the same day, followed up when they said they would get back to me, and then again a week later and I got no response. I gave up and they just sent me an email saying the position was on hold and they hoped to have an update at the end of the week. I'd still like to see what they might offer me so what could I say in response?

Have you ever been asked by a recruiter to sign an nda before they can speak to you about a job they're recruiting you for? Mind you they reached out to me
