Pros
Worked for close to 4 years at the company -- Flexibility to work/ or u can choose no work at all, if some how u can get friendly with your managers -- Is located at a place where there are no other offices around, so no traffic. Cheaper accommodation available walking distance from office -- You can plan to settle down here, flirt your colleagues or marry them, bring in your friends/family members. (this is real, there are many examples which you can see where managers married subordinates and then hired 2-3 people from her family) -- Its not a company which works as family, they provide you opportunity to form your own family in there. (what else you could ask for) -- CEO sits in US and he comes once/twice to india in a year. Indian management doesnt care a damn (they are busy catering their own interests) so work is all cool. -- If you are an HR, this is the place for you. No work, just cater to 2-4 managers and your job is done. HR gets all the comforts as in wfh, good hikes, better then technical ppl in some cases. -- If you have bootlicking skills, you dont look beyond. Apply now -- Dont try saying truth to management, they dont want to listen a single word against there beloved managers. Seriously dont try this, you might not get hike.
Cons
-- Too much politics -- Management lacks vision. Is single minded. -- They advocate democracy but actually the place is more of a monarchy. A couple of managers sitting india play all the cards. Rest is all blame game. -- CEO is either too dumb to see what is going on or just doesnt want to see the reality, but the fact is company is suffering and will continue to suffer.
