Pros
The small team size means that you never feel lost in the shuffle. The directors genuinely care about your personal development. They are flexible and understanding of work-life balance. Working remotely is widely accepted. I have never worked for a company who I felt genuinely cared about me as a person, until now. The leaders are extremely genuine people and have worked to build a very solid team. Everyone pulls their weight. I could not be happier with my place of employment.
Cons
I have not noticed any cons since starting my position. I feel very lucky to have found such an awesome team.
