Positive Outlook

I have been working at Medical Facilities of America full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

MFA genuinely cares about its patients and its employees. Employees receive competitive wages and benefits, and the working environment is clean and comfortable. Managers are very supportive and they help ensure that we meet and exceed the expectations of our patients. Employees are encouraged to really get to know our patients - their stories, their likes and dislikes, their hobbies, etc. This enhances the comfortable family like atmosphere in our centers.

Cons

There really aren't any downsides to working at MFA. The work we do is so important to the patients we serve!

Advice to Management

My advice to management is to continue to support and develop your employees so that we all can provide excellent care and service each day.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Medical Facilities of America part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I enjoyed making a positive difference in the lives of people with no say or choice in most aspects of their lives.

    Cons

I didn't feel supported by management or valued. I was fired unfairly after five years and then they made it so I couldn't collect unemployment.

    Advice to Management

Realize the value of the people who do the hands on care every day for they are the ones who care for the ones who cannot care for themselves.
