    Pros

    Great atmosphere with supervisors that will answer every and all questions to make sure agents have the knowledge and skills to be successful. Training is very in depth and the transition to being on the phone with clients is very smooth.

    Cons

    Performance based, unruly clients, and a 9-5

    Pros

    best working environment, uplifting coworkers, no cap on commissions, all new leads, super supportive. When you think of a sales job you think of begging people to buy your stuff and this isn't the case. You're really helping people and saving them money or giving them something they didn't have or realize they didn't have- no feeling like you're scamming them or screwing them over.

    Cons

    I wouldn't even consider this a con, but you work long hours Oct-Dec. The long hours can be a lot, but you don't even realize the time and it comes Dec before you know it. Plus you make A LOT of money
